OPTIMA® redefines the automotive and recreational battery charger
OPTIMA® Batteries, manufactured by Johnson Controls, recently introduced a new 12-volt performance battery charger to its product line-up.
The new OPTIMA Chargers Digital 1200 12V Performance Battery Charger and Maintainer enhances the performance of OPTIMA and other high performance AGM batteries, recovers deeply discharged batteries and extends battery life.
It also features a full text LCD display for charging, maintaining and fault mode indication. With a gauge that displays battery charging and fill rate with charger mode and fault messages, this new product offers one of the best user interfaces on the market.
Other innovative features include ergonomically designed DC charging clamps with an integrated LED work light, quick set selections that prompt users with a quick and easy selection of charge profiles by battery type or by connection. It also features a USB charging port compatible with iPads®, iPhones®, iPods® and other devices such as cameras and phones.
