Synergy Seat
With the Synergy Seat from Johnson Controls, you don't have to give up comfort and style to be safe, efficient, and eco-friendly.

People all over the world want environmentally friendly cars but don't want to give up roominess or comfort. The Johnson Controls Synergy Seat helps meet these seemingly contradictory demands.

The Synergy Seat brings together process, material and technology innovations in a safe, stylish, sustainable package.

It features patented Comfort Shell technology, Slim Line design, and vibration dampening foam.

The result is a seat that offers superior comfort and support yet weighs up to 30 percent less than conventional seats and takes up far less space. So, cars can be smaller and more fuel efficient, while providing ample leg and knee room.

The seat covers even look and feel like leather, but weigh 68 percent less.

Seat covers, foam, trim and panels are all produced from eco-friendly materials, making the Synergy Seat nearly 100 percent recyclable.

Synergy may be slim and lightweight, but it safeguards occupants with a remarkably strong structure along with the Johnson Controls riACT head restraint which offers best-in-class whiplash protection.

Manufacturers will appreciate Synergy's modular design because it can be adapted to a variety of platforms.
