BEFORE YOU BEGIN...

If you would like to register your company, you will need to provide the following information:

  1. Tax Identification Number
  2. Statistical information about your business (usually number of employees and gross sales/receipts)
  3. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Codes
  4. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code
  5. United Nations Standardized Product Service Codes (UNSPSC) –International Suppliers Only

  7. Financial Information
  8. Diverse Ownership Certification
