Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Manpower Inc. (d/b/a ManpowerGroup), Milwaukee, Wisconsin (provider of employment services).  Mr. Joerres was elected Chairman in 2001 and has served as Chief Executive Officer and President since 1999.  Mr. Joerres served as Senior Vice President of European Operations from 1998 to 1999 and as Senior Vice President of Major Account Development from 1995 to 1998.  Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Mr. Joerres held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ARI Network Services, a publicly held, high-tech electronic data interchange company.  Mr. Joerres is a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
