Dr Beda Bolzenius

Beda Bolzenius joined Johnson Controls in 2004 as executive vice president and general manager of Europe, Africa and South America for Automotive Experience. In 2005, Bolzenius was appointed vice president and president, Automotive Experience. Bolzenius was named president, Automotive Seating in 2012.

Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Bolzenius was employed, since 1986, by Robert Bosch GmbH, an automotive, appliance and machinery manufacturer. He held positions of increasing responsibility, becoming president of Bosch’s Body Electronics division in 2002, where he served for two years.

Bolzenius holds a Doctorate of Physics and a Master of Science in physics from Bonn University.

Bolzenius is a member of the International Federation of Automotive Engineering Society (FISITA) Honorary Committee.
