Frank Voltolina

In June, 2003, Frank Voltolina joined Johnson Controls as vice president and corporate treasurer. In this role, he leads all aspects of the company’s global treasury and risk management functions.

Prior to joining the company, Voltolina began his career in an international tax role for Touche Ross in 1982. He later held various international positions with Price Waterhouse and Mallinckrodt Inc, where he served in several executive assignments, including vice president and treasurer. He subsequently moved to ArvinMeritor, Inc., where he served as vice president and treasurer.

Voltolina earned a Master of Science in taxation and a Bachelor of Science in commerce with a major in accountancy, both from DePaul University.

Voltolina serves on the board of the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin. He is a member of the AICPA, as well as the Wisconsin, Missouri and Illinois CPA Societies.
