Global Employee Survey
Launched in 2007, our annual Global Employee Survey process gives employees an opportunity to share their comments and opinions about their workplace. From employee input, action plans are put into place at the team level. In six years, nearly 98,000 workplace improvements have been made around the world.
Recognition
Recognition goes a long way in engaging an employee. We believe that the everyday informal acknowledgement by supervisors and peers for a "job well-done" often carries just as much importance as formal recognition. Our employees -- as individuals and as part of teams -- are regularly recognized for excellent service for our customers and for Johnson Controls.

Our Chairman’s Award program reinforces our employee engagement Value, which states, we foster a culture that promotes excellent performance, teamwork, inclusion, leadership and growth.
