As an intern, you will get hands-on experience in your educational field, you will learn to apply your studies to real-world situations, and you will gain a better understanding of the ever-changing automotive industry.
As a Johnson Controls intern, you may be involved in product changes and implementations. You might have the opportunity to redesign assembly line layouts. You could be involved in the validation and testing of current and new products. You may even design a component for a vehicle in production.

If your educational background matches the needs of internship opportunities at Johnson Controls, check us out. Johnson Controls provides internships for mechanical engineers, manufacturing engineers, electronic engineers, computer science/management information systems, supply chain management, and accounting/finance.

Johnson Controls interns work hard, but they also have fun. Picnics, bowling, golf, baseball games, and group lunches are examples of some of the activities you’ll experience as an intern. These are great opportunities to meet other Johnson Controls interns.

At the end of every summer, Johnson Controls interns participate in the “Intern Expo.” Every intern is allowed to display different projects that they have worked on throughout the summer. Managers are encouraged to view the interns' displays and introduce themselves to the interns. This is a great opportunity for the interns to meet people in different departments of Johnson Controls.
