Johnson Controls' green, glass-free headliner offers a reduced carbon footprint with a bio content as high as 35% by weight. This lightweight, easy-to-handle headliner solution offers superior strength-to-weight ratio and an exceptional acoustical performance.

This eco-friendly material is used for the headliner of the Johnson Controls re3 interior demonstrator.

  • Superior structural performance, 5mm cross section is equal in strength to a traditional 8mm wet PU product

  • Standard weight is 560g/m², making it 50% lighter than other natural substrates
