Design and production innovation
Our expertise with fabrics, lighting, high-tech printing and registration produces headliners with special visual effects such as images of a blue sky by day or a starlit sky by night that provide significant product differentiation.

Lightweight solutions with superior acoustics
At our acoustics laboratory, we develop advanced materials that perform better. For example, our polybond acoustic 8mm construction headliner offers a 70 percent improvement in acoustic performance while reducing mass by 12 percent compared to polyurethane substrates.

A unique approach to audio
We designed a way to eliminate heavy door speakers and replace them with lightweight audio transducers embedded in the headliner. The technology enables the trim panel to act as the speaker by radiating sound pressure. This innovation reduces mass and weight, while improving base audio performance and increasing door panel storage.
