Submitted technology ideas must be covered by an existing patent or have a pending patent application.

All information provided is on a nonconfidential basis to Johnson Controls.

After we receive your completed submission form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us.

Your submission will then be reviewed by members of the Automotive Experience team at Johnson Controls. This process can take up to 3 months.

At the end of the review process, Johnson Controls will provide you with a status on your submission.

If we choose to further pursue your technology idea, we may ask you to enter a confidentiality agreement.
