Our reputation for designing and engineering world-class interior products is based on our experience in interior systems and the unmatched capabilities we provide for analyzing and testing developmental products.

Through Finite Element Analyse (FEA) and other development tools, we can accurately predict how products will perform well before they are manufactured or even prototyped. Once a product is in prototype or nearing manufacturing, engineers are supported by our own Validation, Materials, Acoustics, Comfort, and Electronics Labs.

Global capabilities also assist us in implementing yet another key engineering tool: our idea-to-assembly-line PLUS System (for product launches). Step-by-step, engineering follows a clear, consistent process to make sure cross-functional teams apply our capabilities, processes, and innovations with consistency and speed.

In addition to all this, we also implement Best Business Practices, Six Sigma, and Knowledge Management to continually improve our products and processes.
