Our consumer research teams utilize advanced research methods in lieu of traditional consumer research (e.g., focus groups and surveys).

Consumer Research assesses major trends in society, population, and technology and applies them to the automotive world. We evaluate current consumer groups and future target groups. We assess the impact of brands on product perception. We test new product concepts for future market success. We also extensively examine vehicles of all price ranges. All of which enable us to generate profiles based on the strengths and weaknesses of various zones in a vehicle interior.

Then, collaborating with teams of designers and engineers, we translate market and consumer intelligence into automotive product developments. Thus, we can identify key areas of interior improvement and better support automakers in the development process.
