With every public housing project, Johnson Controls engages the residents and the community.

Youth residents of Helena Housing Authority (HHA) facilities in Helena, Montana, gained education and career training through Focus on Mentoring, a photojournalism program designed to motivate youth through environmental stewardship. Local mentors helped participants gain valuable job skills and learn about the importance of sustainability through digital documentation of their communities and environment.

We will partner with PHA's to provide a standard of support programs to help communicate with the staff and residents.

    such as conservation awareness & our Focus on Mentoring Program

    to ensure effective communication and provide the opportunity for residents to become educated regarding the project, ask questions and meet the team

    to allow residents the opportunity to provide input to the project

    Blue Sky is a Johnson Controls initiative that encompasses the many programs, sponsorships and events that affect personal employee growth and reflect environmental stewardship. It is the ultimate goal of Blue Sky to improve the lives of our employees, our communities and the world we live in.
