Johnson Controls Security Systems is experienced and conversant with all contract types and procurement approaches that are utilized by SeaPort-e contract users. We perform thousands of fixed price and cost reimbursable projects every year for a wide variety of customers including virtually all agencies and organizations within the federal government. We closely work with our clients and the technical community to develop programs and projects to assure compliant and responsive performance, and our ability to meet and satisfy all requirements as developed within performance based Statements of Work (SOW) and Statements of Objectives (SOO) is recognized and well established.

We have delivered thousands of best-of-breed integrated electronic security management system solutions for the DoD (US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville; SPAWARS System Center, Charleston) and virtually all civilian Federal agencies, more than 40 national governments, and hundreds of state and local government agencies, authorities and commissions. Johnson Controls has demonstrated that cost-effective and fully compliant mission solutions can be accomplished through informed and experienced engineering technology evaluation, insertion, integration, testing and acceptance. Assuring that the IP/IT architecture is available and deployable requires network engineering and analysis to support effective data transfer and support of engineered solutions to support the AT/FP requirements of SeaPort-e users. Utilizing commercially proven and available technology, integrated and proven in the complex and challenging environments in which the federal government operates is a core competency of Johnson Controls. Use of existing system and equipment can prove cost effective based on an informed analysis by seasoned design professionals. Johnson Controls has accomplished this approach to lowering total operating costs at the Food and Drug Administration facilities throughout the United States and at the United States Capitol in Washington, DC. Existing systems have been upgraded, design changes and strengthening has been incorporated, and overall sustainment cost has been reduced through wise use of technology and commercially available solutions. - All Geographical Zones
Johnson Controls has assembled one of the industry’s largest and most experienced design, delivery and service organizations, across all of the United States and in international offices throughout the world. We currently provide a proven deployment and installation capability for fielded security equipment at both military and civilian locations across the US (dozens of water projects of the Corps of Engineers, the United States Capitol complex, Quantico Marine emplacement, Camp LeJeune, USMC facilities throughout southern California, and overseas (Army facilities in Germany, Korea, Japan, and Israel) through our geographically in-place service network of over 200 Domestic USA office locations, warehouses, and supply chain logistics support centers. Our international delivery locations are on every continent except Antarctica and encompass over 500 offices supported by truck based system specialists, engineers and project managers. Our seven geographically distributed offices for the Seaport – e customers have been designates as Gaithersburg, MD (NCR); Huntsville, AL; Norfolk, VA; Milwaukee, WI; North Easton, MA; Bothell, WA; and San Diego, CA.
