One of the largest oil refineries

Challenges:

The third largest oil refinery in the United States has an output capacity of 437,000 barrels per day. The facility includes approximately 400 buildings of different types on and off site with a total building area of approximately 2 million square feet. More than 7,000 people - 2,000 client employees and 5,000 contractors - are employed on or near the site, which covers approximately two square miles.

The client's key objective was to embed reliable safety programs to support permanent and contract staff as well as third party suppliers.

Facilities services include:
  • HVAC and refrigeration services (critical environments inside the fence)

  • Construction projects
  • Information technology and communication (ITC) systems
  • Landscaping, gardening and grounds maintenance
  • Site infrastructure (roads, grounds & perimeter fence)
