Johnson Controls Appoints Susan Wojciechowski to Lead Real Estate and FM Business in Technology Sector

Johnson Controls Global WorkPlace Solutions (GWS) has appointed proven outsourcing executive Susan Wojciechowski as Vice President Technology Market. Wojciechowski will be responsible for the continued growth of the technology vertical market, enhancing the GWS strategy and building on the specific expertise that the company has developed to serve multinational technology companies.

Wojciechowski has more than 20 years experience in international real estate management. Her appointment underlines the success of Johnson Controls GWS’ unique business model, which is based on delivering workplaces and critical environments to multinational companies in key industries – technology, life sciences, industrial, financial services and oil & gas.

The Johnson Controls GWS technology vertical was formerly overseen by Michael Runicles, who will now concentrate on developing the industrial vertical market.

For 16 years Wojciechowski held leadership positions at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) and Trammell Crow Company (TCC). She joins Johnson Controls GWS from Outsource Partner Advisory Services, a company that she formed to provide expense reduction strategies, global service partner selection, contract pricing and negotiation, organizational service delivery design and process methodologies.
