Frick® AcuAir® systems are specifically engineered and painstakingly built to meet the sanitary requirements of the individual food processor. Installing an AcuAir® system will help you meet the USDA standards and keep your food process room operating at peak efficiency.

The AcuAir® YCAA hygienic air systems are a composite of configurable options and design features. AcuAir® offers three series of bundled sanitary features to accommodate your specific needs. All AcuAir® YCAA units are designed to be washed down internally.

Performance Series: Designed to provide all of the filtration, cooling, room pressurization, etc that are required in today’s food process space.

Food Grade Series: Designed with all benefits of the Performance Series with the addition of many commonly requested sanitary features, such as smooth interior cabinet walls, all interior wiring placed in conduit, and hygienic drain pan outlets.

Sanitary Series: Designed to further minimize internal catch points that could harbor contaminants. Triple sloping drain pans are installed throughout the unit and a direct drive fan eliminates belt dust.

  • Up to 4" thick thermally efficient enclosure with polyurethane foam-in-place insulation
  • Rigid wall construction for minimal deflection and tightly controlled air leakage
  • Fully welded structural steel base for rigidity support during transport and placement

  • Stainless tube aluminum fin cooling coils providing industrial grade hygienic cooling surfaces
  • MERV 8 pre-filters and MERV 14 final filters for 95% capture of 2 micron particles
  • Factory mounted and wired controls provides simplified installation and maintenance
  • AcuAir® Quantum™ LX system controls provide proven reliable state of the art supervisory control
  • Sequential Defrost technology provides efficient cooling for today’s lower room temperatures
