YORK® HEAT PUMPS

Water source and air source heat pumps are among the most efficiency, sustainable, and cost effective heating technologies available today. The reason is in the way they work -- they utilize the heat already available in the source, raise the temperature to levels that could be used for beneficial heating, and move it to the sink. The process of moving, in lieu of creating, heat from the source to the sink requires less energy.

Water source and air source heat pumps are often referred to as water-to-water and air-to-water heat pumps when applied in buildings with cooling and heating water loops. The YORK® water-to-water and air-to-water heat pumps provide a complete portfolio of products that are suitable for a wide range of applications including closed-loop and ground source hot water systems.
