While Johnson Controls has standardized mechanical room sizes, our modular equipment selections and scope remain flexible to ensure satisfaction of your exact requirements. Modular Plant configurations are available in single and multiple width modules and can include chillers, boilers, generators, cooling towers, hydronics, electrical, controls and ancillary equipment.
