Johnson Controls Rental Solutions offers you a wide variety of industrial chiller rental options. Ranging from 20 to 1000 tons, our fleet of water cooled liquid chillers and portable air cooled chillers can satisfy your rental chiller requirements. Larger tonnage needs are met by the use of multiple chiller units and we will evaluate your particular application to determine the best unit(s) for your facility.

As the manufacturer, we offer you one of the newest rental chiller fleets with an average age of less than 4 years old. Renting from Johnson Controls Rental Solutions ensures that your rental chiller is one of the newest, most reliable and energy efficient chillers in the rental industry. Johnson Controls Rental fleet includes integral pumps onboard for primary / standby / booster (or bypassed) for 150 ton and larger air cooled chillers. This ensures the most flexibility at your jobsite without the added complexity of piping / wiring additional pump components. All 500 & 1000 ton water cooled centrifugal chillers are outfitted with OptiSpeed Variable Speed Drives which ensure optimal chiller performance based on various load and operational conditions and can deliver up to 30% energy savings. In addition, the OptiSpeed Variable Speed Drive avoids the need for large starting inrush amperage requirements that often occur during chiller start-up which results in lower power requirements (temporary or otherwise).
