Regence Group Improves Portfolio Performance, Saves $1.2 Million 

In an effort to identify long-term cost savings and optimize operations, Regence Group, one of the largest healthcare insurance organizations in the Pacific Northwest, selected Johnson Controls Global WorkPlace Solutions to provide integrated real estate and facilities management of its 1.5 million-square-foot-portfolio. As result, Regence saved $1.2 million in direct and avoided costs in the first year of the contract.
