Ambient Air Lead Monitoring Data
Working with Department of Health and Environmental Controls (DHEC)
DHEC and Johnson Controls operate samplers at several locations around the recycling facility to regularly collect particulate samples. The concentrations of Lead in the ambient air will be determined by using the Federal Reference Method for collection and analysis of the air samples. The samples will be analyzed at the DHEC laboratory in Columbia. All sampling and analysis will be done by DHEC personnel.
