Blue Sky Involve

supporting global communities

Blue Sky Involve, our global, employee-driven volunteer program, encourages employees to form volunteer groups to work with local organizations to support environmental stewardship and leadership development projects.

 

The program launched in 2006. In that first year, 150 projects were undertaken across 32 countries. About 5,000 employees volunteered 45,000 hours of service.

 

By comparison, in 2012, more than 1,350 projects will be implemented involving 15,500 employees devoting 126,000 hours in 64 countries to benefit more than 1,000 organizations and the people they serve. This represents a total investment of $1.35 million in local communities.
