Johnson Controls recognized for best in class outstanding program leadership
Johnson Controls is honored to be recognized for strategic account management process by the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) during the annual Excellence Awards held at the Pan-European Conference in Amsterdam on March 16. Johnson Controls was selected as the winner in the “Outstanding Strategic Account Management (SAM) Leadership for Young Programs (<5 years)” category. This is the second consecutive SAMA award Johnson Controls has won.
Judges praised Johnson Controls’ winning entry for exhibiting “excellent foundational core SAM principles in the development and launch of its SAM program. From customer focus at the very incipiency, Johnson Controls will be assured sustainability as well as continued positive impact in all relevant areas.”
Johnson Controls implemented a Strategic Management Program for Enterprise Accounts in October 2013 to improve customer satisfaction, accelerate growth, enable innovation, and create long term bi-directional partnerships with customers. Within two years, the Enterprise Accounts platform migrated from conception to one of Building Efficiency North America’s four strategic growth platforms.
