Johnson Controls awarded Top Employer in China for sixth consecutive year
The Top Employers Institute recognizes companies that provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organization, and which strive to continuously optimize employment practices. Johnson Controls China has been awarded the exclusive Top Employers China 2017 certification.
In order to be certified as a Top Employer, companies must meet high standards in each category, which include talent strategy, workforce planning, performance management, succession management, compensation and benefits, and culture. The results are then independently verified.
