Johnson Controls receives five awards from Manufacturing Leadership Council

Johnson Controls was recently recognized by the Frost & Sullivan Manufacturing Leadership Council for outstanding achievement in several categories. The Manufacturing Leadership Council has continuously recognized Johnson Controls Manufacturing System (JCMS) for the incredible progress made since the program's inception in 2013, distinguishing Johnson Controls as a leader in the manufacturing industry.

Bruce Beach, vice president, manufacturing excellence; Rafael Romero, enterprise leader, Manufacturing 4.0; and Elizabeth Rolinski, vice president, manufacturing engineering; attended Frost & Sullivan's annual Manufacturing Leadership Summit to receive the awards on behalf of Johnson Controls:

  • Engineering & Production Technology Leadership Award
    • Awarded for the AGM Capacity Expansion Project
  • Enterprise Integration Technology Leadership Award
    • Awarded for the Enterprise IT Tools supporting JCMS
  • Operational Excellence Leadership Award
    • Awarded for the JCMS Deployment and Tyco Integration
  • Plant Tour Award
    • Awarded to the Norman, Oklahoma Plant, Buildings Technologies & Solutions
  • High Achiever Award in Enterprise Integration Technology Leadership Award
    • Awarded for Enterprise IT Tools supporting JCMS

Beach described his experience at the Summit:
