1. Invitation email received. Click on Get Started.
2. You will be redirected to the Azure logon screen. Click on Next.
3a. If your email address is associated to a Microsoft live ID, or if your company has an Azure tenancy, you will be redirected to the service provider log-on screen and asked to provide credentials associated with your account. Here, enter your password that you use to access this email account and click Sign in.
3b. If your email address is not associated to a Microsoft live ID or if your company does not have an Azure tenancy, you will be asked to associate your email address with a Live ID. Create a password and click Next.
5. Once your account has been activated, you will be redirected to a confirmation screen.
