Johnson Controls ranked in Global Outsourcing 100 for third consecutive year

For the third consecutive year, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has ranked Johnson Controls among the world’s best outsourcing service providers. The complete Global Outsourcing 100 rankings will appear in May 2008 issue of Fortune magazine.

The Global Outsourcing 100 list is compiled by the IAOP and an independent panel of judges. Ranking is based on four key criteria:

  • size and growth in revenue, employees, centres and countries served
  • customer experience – as demonstrated by the value created
  • depth and breadth of competencies
  • management capabilities
The IAOP has 40,000 corporate, professional and associate members worldwide. The Association was formed by a consortium of major companies involved in outsourcing as customers, providers and advisers.

In 2007, Johnson Controls was ranked number 40 on Global Outsourcing 100, as well as receiving the following industry awards:
