Mr. Cornog served as Chief Executive Officer and President from 1991 to 2001 and as Chairman from 1991 to 2002. Mr. Cornog is a director of Oshkosh Corporation and Wisconsin Energy Corp. (“We Energies”). Mr. Cornog serves on the Human Resources Committee (compensation) of Oshkosh Corporation and the Audit Committee of We Energies.
