Mr. Lacy retired in 1999 after a 28-year career at MGIC Investment Corp. and its principal subsidiary, Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corp. (MGIC), the nation’s leading private mortgage insurer. Mr. Lacy is a Director of Ocwen Financial Corp. He serves on the Corporate Governance Committee and is the Chairman of the Compensation Committee of Ocwen Financial Corp.
