Government Relations

Working for all three Johnson Controls businesses, and for stakeholders including employees, stockholders and the communities where we operate, the Government Relations staff is focused on strengthening public policy in support of the business needs of the company.

Responsible and effective government relations is a priority for Johnson Controls, given the scope of our business activities in Automotive, Power Solutions and Building Efficiency. We have frequent contact with regulators, legislators and other government officials at the state and federal levels in the normal course of doing business in all 50 states.

Our interests are reflected in a broad array of policy issues, including energy efficiency, sustainability, environmental regulations, automotive safety and efficiency standards, and building standards and codes.
