Vice President of Strategy, Investor Relations and Communication

Career: Since joining Johnson Controls in 1973, Ms Zutz has had increasing responsibilities for the company’s corporate communication, spanning marketing and brand positioning, corporate identity, and employee, media and community relations. Currently, she also leads the company’s investor relations function, focusing on relationships with the institutional investment community. In 2004, Ms. Zutz assumed responsibility for the company’s global strategic planning process.

Awards, Recognition and Service: Ms. Zutz is a member of the board of trustees for Alverno College. She is a member of the executive committee of the Greater Milwaukee Committee and a member of the Women’s Initiative Leadership Council for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee. She is on the advisory board for the University of Wisconsin School of Letters and Science and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Education and Background: Ms. Zutz holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
