Vice President and Corporate Treasurer

Career: Mr. Voltolina began his career in an international tax role for Touche Ross in 1982. He later held various international positions with Price Waterhouse and Mallinckrodt Inc, where he served in several executive assignments, including vice president and treasurer. He subsequently moved to ArvinMeritor, Inc where he served as vice president and treasurer. He joined Johnson Controls in June, 2003 and currently leads all aspects of the company’s global treasury function.

Awards, Recognition and Service: Mr. Voltolina currently serves on the board of the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin. He is a member of the AICPA as well as the Wisconsin, Missouri and Illinois CPA Societies.

Education: Mr. Voltolina received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in accountancy in 1982 from DePaul University in Chicago. He also received a Master of Science in taxation in 1986 from DePaul.
