JCIM aquires the interior business of Plastech Engineered Products, Inc.

On July 1, 2008, Johnson Controls formed a joint venture with certain Plastech term lenders to acquire the interior product assets of Plastech Engineered Products of Dearborn, Michigan. This joint venture is called JCIM, LLC. Please click here to read the corresponding news release.
