- Johnson Controls selected to manage project and act as single point of contact on behalf of LogicaCMG
Challenges:
- Creating programs for spatial, as well as technical requirements
- Project manage fit-out activities and complete move management
- Implementing space management to allocate charges to the departments
Solutions:
- Project manage design/build of 91,500 square feet (8,500 square meters) with underground parking for 160 cars
- Introduced space management system (Archibus)
