Today, business success is being defined more broadly than financial results.

Companies are expected to earn a profit as well as to set high standards of environmental and social performance – what is often called the “triple bottom line” of sustainability.

While the term “sustainability” is relatively new, the concept is not. We have operated our business for more than 120 years with a focus on our corporate Values, which form the foundation of our policies, ethics, corporate culture and business strategies. Our values embody the spirit and drive the practice of sustainability. They lead us to socially responsible behavior in our workplaces and in our communities, and are reflected in the products and services we provide to customers.
