AHH/AFH & CHH/CFH Halocarbon Product Coolers
Cooling Coil is fabricated from 5/8 inch O.D. seamless copper tubing, staggered in direction of air flow, with aluminum fins. Tubes are expanded to insure positive bond between fin and tube. Coils are arranged for direct expansion or liquid recirculation feed. Coils are custom circuited for maximum heat transfer. Mill galvanized steel casing.Drain pan is constructed from heavy gauge galvanized steel, corners are welded to insure rigidity.
AHH/AFH Features
- Fans are high performance axial cast aluminum propeller-type each direct connected to fan motor for maximum air throw.
- Fan guards are in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Fan motors are TEAO, ball bearing type for heavy duty service. Fan motors for 230/460-3-60 power. Extremely low fan motor horsepower.
- Compartmentalized fan section permits individual fan operation for capacity control.
CHH/CFH Features
- Fans are large, slow speed, centrifugal type with forward curved blades for maximum performance and low noise levels.
- Fan wheels and housings are mill galvanized material. Blowers are mounted on large diameter, solid steel, shafts with self aligning heavy duty bearings.
- Bearings have extended lube fittings to front panel of unit.
- Fan Motors are ODP, ball beaing type for heavy duty service. Fan motors are for 230/460-3-60 power. Fully enclosed belt guard is standard.
