Blue Sky Involve, our global volunteer program, encourages employees to form volunteer groups that work with local organizations to support environmental stewardship and leadership development projects.

In 2010, the number of Johnson Controls locations participating in Blue Sky Involve increased by more than 43 percent to 930 sites. Each site received a $1,000 grant. More than 14,500 employees participated in 55 countries, donating a total of 115,600 volunteer hours throughout the year.

Since the program was created in 2006, our employees have volunteered more than 437,600 hours.
