Juan Carrera is Chief Supply Chain Officer for Johnson Controls. In this role, he leads the company's global supply chain organization, with responsibility for manufacturing, distribution, logistics, procurement, and quality. He is focused on building a world-class operations network that sets the industry standard for quality, lead times, and delivery. He is making manufacturing a true advantage customers can count on, powered by the disciplined application of the company’s proprietary business system.

Juan joined Johnson Controls in 2025, following more than 30 years of global operations leadership across leading industrial companies. Prior to joining the company, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Operational Excellence at Flowserve Corporation, where he oversaw seven business units and implemented the Flowserve Business System. Before that, he spent several years at Dover Corporation, where he designed and deployed the Dover Business System across all five segments and led the turnaround of two operating companies.

Earlier in his career, Juan held operations leadership roles at Honeywell, ITT and American Standard. He holds a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
