Product Warranties

Johnson Controls Fire Detection and Fire Suppression products are covered by Johnson Controls standard Limited Warranty (see https://www.johnsoncontrols.com/legal/united-states-terms-and-conditions-of-sale) for a warranty period of one year from the date of original delivery to the buyer, unless otherwise provided.

The following Johnson Controls Fire Detection and Fire Suppression products are subject to Johnson Controls standard Limited Warranty for the warranty period specified below.

	2-Year Limited Warranty	This warranty applies to consumer sales of the GLAS® Smart Thermostat model number SiO2-10000.	GLAS, SiO2-10000 Thermostat Limited Warranty	This 2-year limited warranty only applies to the models listed in the 2-year limited warranty document.

                                           

Software

Our software is licensed not sold; as such, the warranty for software provided as a standalone product or embedded in the above warranted products is contained in the applicable end user license agreement (EULA). Please follow this link for the EULA that applies to your software.
