World Economic Forum

Tomorrow’s Smart Buildings Today

2024 is a pivotal moment for climate action. Just surpassing the halfway point to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, now is the time to accelerate the decarbonization of the built environment with smart and sustainable technologies as we continue the race towards net zero.

At Johnson Controls, sustainability runs through every aspect of our business. We seek to effect positive change by optimizing our own operations, committing to net zero carbon before 2040, and providing powerful sustainability solutions for our customers.

Johnson Controls is proud to be a partner and participate in the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland, Jan. 15 - 19, 2024.
George Oliver, Chairman and CEO and Katie McGinty, Chief Sustainability Officer, are joining other world leaders where they will actively participate in discussions under the key theme of ‘Rebuilding Trust.’

The 54th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum will provide a crucial space to focus on the fundamental principles driving trust, including transparency, consistency and accountability.

This Annual Meeting will welcome over 100 governments, all major international organizations, 1000 Forum’s Partners, as well as civil society leaders, experts, youth representatives, social entrepreneurs, and news outlets.
