A hybrid approach—combining chemical agents with water—is the most effective. We designed our hybrid system, the PIRANHA Restaurant Fire Suppression System, explicitly for suppressing hostile kitchen fires. This fire suppression system goes beyond the basic fire security offered by the conventional single-agent wet chemical system.
