Women in STEM

We have opportunities for women in STEM fields, starting their careers or looking for their next opportunity. We are constantly looking at ways to promote opportunities for women in STEM and we have launched several initiatives aimed at increasing representation, development, inclusion and advancement of women in STEM roles within the company and industry. 


We are working towards building a community of women in HVACR, to drive change and inspire action in the building technology and solutions industry. One of our initiatives to help achieve this is our continued sponsorship of events at the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigerating (AHR) Expo in Chicago in 2018, organised by ASHRAE. “Connect with the Coolest Women in the World" will include inspiring panel discussions and a cocktail reception all hosted by Johnson Controls.
