An Easier Video Management System for Jeff Davis Schools
Jeff Davis Schools in Georgia educates nearly 3,000 students throughout the district. To protect students, staff, and property, they utilize a video surveillance system, but their system had become dated. They decided it was time to upgrade to an IP security system for better quality video and easier search functionality.
This case study details the process school officials used to evaluate systems and why they ultimately decided on an exacqVision solution. An exacqVision A-Series IP network video recorder was installed in each building, connected to 64 IP cameras. The system allows Jeff Davis Schools to store up to 32 terabytes on each recorder, and the quality of the video provided the clarity required by school administrators.
