Booking Confirmation for Visitor

The visitor immediately receives a confirmation email or SMS with details about their upcoming visit, directions, arrival instructions and a secure link that they can use to pre-register before their arrival.

Self Service Check in

Self-Service Check-In Kiosk

Guests can make use of a self-service check-in kiosk at the reception or security desk, which has customized sign-in flows including touchless check-in through the visitor’s own mobile phone, facial recognition, identification or passport number, input of mobile number or quick scanning of the employee or visitor QR code.

Automated Badge Printing

If required, as the visitor checks in, a visitor badge will be automatically printed with applicable details such as the visitor’s name and surname, their picture, host’s name and surname, the date, visitor type and company logo.

As visitors arrive, a notification is immediately sent to the host via email stating they have checked in and providing their contact information.
