When a CSG agent answers the phone, please provide them with your name, contact info and CS#. Advise them you are requesting assistance with your WhosOnLocation application and would like to be transferred to the Remote Services and Solutions (RSS) team. You will be transferred to RSS and your call will be answered by the next available agent.
