Critical industries win with climate-smart strategies

2026 is the year critical industries step into the spotlight. Across sectors, from data centers and hospitals to pharmaceutical labs and university campuses, organizations are harnessing efficiency, resilience, and innovation to deliver results that matter.

The extreme weather events of 2025 – heat waves, floods, wildfires – have forced us to rethink how we build and retrofit. In 2026, resilience moves from a buzzword to a business imperative. Today’s infrastructure features redundancy, agility, and connected controls, enabling organizations to do more with less and to outperform in the face of disruption. Johnson Controls is at the forefront, creating spaces that enhance well-being, achieve climate goals and save money.

Johnson Controls is proud to be a partner and participant in the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland, Jan. 19 - 23, 2026. The Annual Meeting 2026 convenes global leaders to address critical global and regional challenges. This year’s discussions center on cooperating in a more contested world, unlocking new sources of growth, investing in people, deploying innovation at scale and building prosperity.
