Introducing Johnson Controls Cyber Solutions

Johnson Controls is pleased to announce the new Cyber Solutions identity for product cybersecurity, education and services. Previously known simply as “Product Security”, the new “Cyber Solutions” identity reflects our expanded capabilities and direction to address cybersecurity risk where Johnson Controls products are deployed and used. To address cybersecurity holistically, the selection of resilient products is only a starting point. Johnson Controls Cyber Solutions is also working with our integrators and customers to elevate cybersecurity knowledge so projects are designed, deployed and maintained with cybersecurity in mind.

With the launch of the Cyber Solutions identity, a new icon is being used and revised a new set of web pages is now active. The Cyber Solutions website, https://www.johnsoncontrols.com/cyber-solutions, includes the following pages:

• Program – The Product Security Program detail which outlines the Secure Development Lifecycle approach Johnson Controls uses to developed products

• Product Security Incident Response (PSIR) / Inquiries – Report potential vulnerabilities and general inquires, learn about the Johnson Control response processes and view advisories
