The organization was also working toward commitments related to renewable electricity and emissions reductions, which required clearer operational information

Updated control system and connection to digital analytics tools

The consulting firm installed new Metasys field controllers and Tridium Niagara JACE controllers to connect its plantroom operations to OpenBlue in compliance with stringent IT regulations. A unified platform was put in place using model‑based optimization and AI‑driven insights to review plantroom performance and identify equipment‑level issues. A cross‑functional team from Johnson Controls supported the rollout to ensure the setup reflected the consulting firm’s needs.
